PHW999 Terms and Conditions
— Know Your Rights as a Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and PHW999 ("PHW999," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PHW999 platform at phw999.best, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and services offered therein.

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with PHW999 or any other gaming platform to which PHW999 is party.

PHW999 reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

PHW999 does not accept registrations from, and expressly prohibits access by, individuals located in or residing in jurisdictions where online gaming services are prohibited by applicable law. Accessing PHW999 from a restricted territory — whether through a VPN, proxy server, or any other circumvention method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds in the account.

PHW999 is intended primarily for players located in the Philippines. If you are accessing PHW999 from outside the Philippines, you must independently verify that doing so complies with your local laws. PHW999 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your accessing the platform in breach of local regulations.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on PHW999. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — for any purpose is a breach of these Terms.

When registering your PHW999 account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify PHW999 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your PHW999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. PHW999 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of another party using your account with or without your permission.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of PHW999 after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never share your one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone, including individuals claiming to be PHW999 staff.
• Contact PHW999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

PHW999 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected pending investigation. During an investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

All financial transactions on PHW999 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). PHW999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your PHW999 account are available for use immediately upon confirmation of receipt. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit for bank transfer and card payments is ₱200. PHW999 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by PHW999 promptly following submission, subject to verification of your identity and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit to your account — PHW999 does not send funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to your verified identity.

PHW999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000. Such checks may temporarily delay the processing of the withdrawal but are conducted solely for the purpose of ensuring the security of your funds and compliance with applicable financial regulations.

PHW999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. PHW999 reserves the right to exclude players from promotions at its discretion, including players who display patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failing to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in the forfeiture of bonus credits and any associated winnings.
• One bonus per player: Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may not contribute to bonus wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule for each bonus is available on the promotion page.
• Maximum bet rule: While wagering with bonus funds, the maximum bet per round or per game is ₱500 unless stated otherwise. Bets placed above this limit during active bonus wagering may void the bonus and any related winnings.

PHW999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is cancelled after players have partially completed wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance will be removed and no compensation will be provided unless PHW999 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on PHW999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in which the bet is placed. These rules are available within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms will prevail.

PHW999 uses certified third-party game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently audited. The stated return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the mathematically expected return over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

For sports and event betting, PHW999 reserves the right to:

• Void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or determined to be affected by irregular activity.
• Correct any odds that were offered due to a manifest error (a clear and obvious pricing mistake). Bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds may be settled at the correct odds or voided at PHW999's discretion.
• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at any time without prior notice.
• Restrict access to specific markets for individual accounts where there is a pattern of activity inconsistent with recreational betting.

Settled bets are final. Once a bet has been settled and the result displayed in your PHW999 account history, it may not be reversed except in cases of verified system error or manifest odds error. Queries regarding bet settlements must be submitted to PHW999 support within 72 hours of settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PHW999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one PHW999 account for any purpose, including the purpose of receiving multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulent payment methods to fund a PHW999 account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scraping tools, or any software that interacts with PHW999 without human input.
• Attempting to launder money or use PHW999 for any purpose related to financing of illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing PHW999 staff or other players.
• Accessing PHW999 via VPN or proxy from a restricted territory.

PHW999 cooperates with Philippine authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. Where required by law or regulatory authority, PHW999 will disclose account information and transaction records without prior notice to the account holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHW999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the net amount deposited to your PHW999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHW999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent platform unavailability.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failure, or internet disruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits PHW999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by PHW999's negligence.

PHW999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, PHW999 may withhold the balance of the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited in their entirety. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their PHW999 account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closures are processed within 3 business days. Any verified remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

PHW999 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHW999 will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the PHW999 homepage, an email to your registered address, or a notification within your account dashboard.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of PHW999 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Closing your account means you will no longer be able to use PHW999's services, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your PHW999 account, or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and PHW999.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. PHW999 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.

By using PHW999, you agree to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes. This clause does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law.
